Restore the federal right to abortion access through new legislation that codifies the reproductive freedoms once protected under Roe v. Wade.

(301) 492-4305, (410) 786-1524, (410) 786-8437
The 2022 Supreme Court decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health overturned Roe v. Wade, resulting in widespread bans, medical harm, and criminalization of reproductive care.
Restoring these protections will:
• Reinforce bodily autonomy and privacy
• Prevent state-level criminalization of patients and providers
• Reduce harm, delay, and inequity in healthcare access
Federal law shall guarantee the right to abortion access up to viability, with allowances for later procedures based on medical need, overriding state bans.
